Raised in Homer, Scott grew up commercial fishing and working at his father's local printing company, Print Works. After living in Portland, attending bible school, and meeting his wife Pam, they found Alaska calling them home. With unwavering determinism, Scott started PRG and fostered the company to what it is today. Scott cares about our team, the values, and the purpose of running a service for a community he loves. He's our fearless leader, always the optimist, and he knows a thing or two about gutters. Scott is our linchpin, propelling us forward. Three cheers for the boss who leads by serving!
Karen grew up in Homer and joined the PRG team in 2021. When you give us a call, Karen is who you will chat with. Finally fulfilling her dream to be in the gutter business, she’s onto her next dream, buying a home. Always laughing, drinking coffee, and foraging wild plants, Karen is here for a good time and a long time.
After living in Homer for 11 years, April joined our team in early 2021. She is a wife and mother of four. She loves to hike and spend time outdoors. She enjoys 80’s music and has the best surprising jokes. Not only does she have an insatiable love for food, but she’s SO good at making it. PRG is lucky to have her a part of our family.
Born and raised in Homer, Ryan started with PRG as an assistant technician in 2017 and became our full-time lead tech in 2020. He enjoys the heights and getting to work alongside the awesome people of PRG. Ryan loves fishing, working out, and other healthy vices.
Paul joined the PRG team just one week after moving to Homer in 2021. He loves his job and has fun with coworkers. He enjoys hobbyist (redneck) engineering, snow machining, and working on various projects. His motto is, “Learn to do it yourself and succeed 20% of the time.”
Jonah grew up in Homer and joined our team in 2022. He enjoys playing guitar, photography, videography, and mountain biking, but his favorite hobby is fly fishing. Jonah is an optimistic team player, and we are grateful to have him on the team!
Wayne moved to Homer in 2020 and joined the PRG team shortly after. He is a team player and very optimistic. He enjoys barking at airplanes and chasing his pet chickens, but he’ll always change his plans for a chin scratch.
Dex has been with the company since its beginning. He doesn’t do much for the company, but he’s too cute to let go. He enjoys running around like a maniac, demanding attention, and chasing away wild animals.
